Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using RinseRush services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service description

RinseRush provides a technology platform that connects customers with verified laundry service providers, facilitates order placement and tracking, processes payments, and manages pickup and delivery logistics.

User accounts

You must be 18 years or older to use our services. Provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all account activities. Do not share your account credentials.

Service usage

Use our services for personal, non-commercial laundry needs. Prohibited activities include fraud, harassment, payment-system circumvention, and any unauthorised commercial use of the platform.

Laundry services

Vendors are independently operated businesses. We verify credentials but do not guarantee specific results. Customers must provide accurate item counts and report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.

Payments and fees

Service fees are based on item types and quantities. Payment is authorised for estimated amounts, with final charges reflecting the actual service provided. All fees are clearly shown before checkout.

Cancellation and refunds

Free cancellation before pickup; partial charges apply for late cancellations. Full refund for service failures, partial refund for quality issues. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Liability limitations

Maximum liability is limited to the service cost. We are not liable for pre-existing garment conditions. Customers are responsible for accurate item disclosure and reporting special care requirements.

Intellectual property

RinseRush owns all platform intellectual property including trademarks, software, and content. Users retain rights to their own content and grant us a limited licence for the purpose of service provision.

Termination

Users may delete accounts at any time via the app settings. RinseRush may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, with notice provided where reasonably possible.

Dispute resolution

Contact our customer support team first for all disputes. Arbitration is the preferred method over litigation. All agreements are governed by Nigerian law with Lagos as the designated venue for proceedings.
